I had my first appointment today- I rarely have nice things to say about dental appointments because they stress me out, but I had a really good experience. Felicia took care of me and put me at ease immediately. Dr Mann was great and good at explaining the care plan. Making my next appointments was easy. Everyone was friendly. I’m not going to say I look forward to my next appointment, but I definitely won’t dread it as much as I used to!

Every part of my experience at this office was terrible. From the excessive treatment plan, to the absolutely insane OVER $2000 I paid out of pocket, after insurance, for 3 deep cleanings. The billing process could not be more asinine. The staff will blame the insurance companies for these costs and issues, of course, but it’s funny how I’ve only ever seen prices like these at this office. The constant bombardment of texts, advertisements, giveaways, etc is also exhausting. The DENTIST should not be emailing me once a week with stupid giveaways. And begging for reviews! I wonder if I’m still eligible for a Blackstone if my review is one star? Anyways, with the pressure from the office to leave a good review, I doubt anyone will see this - but if I save one person from spending thousands of dollars here I would be ecstatic.

Dr Ashley Mann is a cut above the rest. He knows his stuff from start to finish, he's surrounded himself with folks who raise the bar at every opportunity and across the entire service field. Not a single time in my life have I ever looked forwards to a visit to the dentist, until I walked into this practice. From helping me feel comfortable foot rest: Check, Warm Towel: Check, rocking tunes: check. To the Vibe in the lobby - Comfy chairs, free cookies, coffee, etc. To the care they took to describe all my options, and the complete lack of feeling like someone on a conveyer belt (they take their time, explain things so I can understand both where I was at and what was to come). When I give 5 stars, those stars matter. They say I approve. They say I recommend. They say - Thank you. For being more than I expected. Not just for me, for my wife, and every person we send your way. Thank you for treating us like family.

If you’re looking for a dentist who makes you feel comfortable, relaxed, and truly heard, Charles Ashley Mann, DDS and Associates is the place to go. I thought I had cracked a tooth while eating praline pecans, and when I called to make an appointment, their level of concern and urgency was incredible—they had me come in right away. Carmen, Dr. A’s assistant, was super friendly, knowledgeable, and showed genuine compassion and empathy for my concerns. I’m always impressed by the new technology they continue to bring into the practice to improve the patient experience. After X-rays and a thorough exam of the tooth and surrounding area, I was relieved to learn there was no evidence of a crack. Dr. A (Dr. Amyradakis) was attentive, gentle, and extremely thorough in explaining everything. I highly recommend Dr. Amyradakis and his team for outstanding dental care and an exceptional patient experience, no matter your dental needs.

I love the team in Downtown Cary! They are very attentive to your needs and always go above and beyond with everyone they meet! They make you feel part of the family as soon as you walk in. I got my teeth whitening today and the difference is noticeable! After seeing what a great job they do of taking care of one of my friends, I had to go in! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! You will not be disappointed!!
